There are a reduced number of pick up points, which is affecting the ability of customers to collect parcels.
Germany
Operations continue as normal, although expect delays of up to 24 hours.
There are long delays at borders due to extra checks on people, which is impacting vehicle arrival times.
All non-essential shops and businesses have been closed (supermarkets and pharmacies remain open), which is impacting on deliveries.
Drivers will not ask customers to sign for deliveries unless they are high value items.
Italy
